Two steps to losing the holiday 10

1) use a pedometer. Get to 10,000 steps a day.

2) use a calorie counter. Cut down your calories by about a quarter. In my case, that’s from 2400 a day to 1800 a day.

It took me about six weeks to lose my holiday 10 (in my case it was actually 7). It would’ve been faster, but there were a few too many parties and celebrations where I wasn’t interested in being disciplined about my cake eating.
